Our role was to provide the Royal Mint with a communications strategy and help them to discover and understand their captivating narratives, identify the root of their appeal to existing markets and the new markets to tap into.
We helped them to re-structure their overarching brand philosophy and communications strategies accordingly.
We implemented a research programme that identified the problems and opportunities for the brand, identified and trained the correct spokespeople and put in place conversations with key opinion formers, thought leaders on and offline, traditional and social media. We also created story frameworks for future activity.
