Borkowski positioned The Creative District Improvement Company (TCDIC) as a huge contributor to the UK’s creative landscape and vital catalyst in the UK’s Netflix-inspired film and television boom with the announcement of its two major studio spaces in Twickenham and Ashford. We put particular focus on the historic scale of each investment, its impact on both the film and television industries, and their attendant positive impact on wider local communities.
