Many women blame menopause for marriage problems
balance App by Newson Health
Newson Health launched balance as the first ever dedicated menopause management app and tasked Borkowski with building a media profile from scratch. Borkowski had to navigate a divisive conversation around Menopause treatment in which Dr Louise Newson featured prominently, a crowded market for healthcare and lifestyle apps, and an older target audience for a tech product. Borkowski built a campaign on compelling storytelling tooled to the news, lifestyle, health and tech media, insightful data storytelling that drew out both the impact of the menopause and the ways balance can help, and leveraged the existing media profile and expertise of Dr. Louise Newson to ensure that her public profile was benefitting balance. Our 10-month launch campaign generated nearly 200 items of major media coverage in virtually every major UK news outlet, causing an unparalleled spike in downloads of the App.
